Terms of Service

GrinderMind is a SaaS web app for online poker players that helps track sessions, breaks, study and performance reports. The service provides post-session review tools, mental game, study tracking and AI reports based on user-provided data.

• Features may change
• Bugs may exist
• Access may be improved or modified over time
• Users should not rely on GrinderMind as the only system for performance decisions

• Users must provide accurate account information
• Users are responsible for account security
• Users must not share account access
• Users must not abuse the service

• The Early Access Membership costs €14.99/month (early user pricing)
• Billing is recurring monthly
• Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe
• Subscription status can be managed through the Stripe Customer Portal
• Access is granted only while the subscription is active, trialing, owner/admin, comped or otherwise manually approved
• If the subscription is canceled immediately or becomes unpaid/canceled, access may be restricted
• If canceled at period end, access remains available until the end of the paid period

You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Settings section through the Stripe portal. If you cancel at the end of the period, access remains available until the end of the paid period. If the subscription is canceled immediately or is not renewed correctly, access may be deactivated.

Refund requests may be sent to support@grindermind.com. Any refunds will be evaluated based on applicable law, subscription status, actual use of the service and payment provider policies. This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law, including, where applicable, the right of withdrawal.

• Cancellation does not automatically mean a refund unless required by law or explicitly approved

AI report generation is subject to fair-use limits. Limits may be updated to protect service quality, stability and sustainability.

• A current operational AI report quota may apply
• Saved reports remain accessible while access is active
• GrinderMind may adjust limits to protect service quality and costs

GrinderMind must be used for post-session review, study, mental game and process tracking. During an active session it may only be used for quick mental/process check-ins during breaks. It must not be used to obtain live strategic decisions.

GrinderMind does NOT provide:

• Live hand advice
• Live spot analysis
• Ranges, sizing or push/fold instructions during play
• Solver output
• RTA
• Screen reading
• Poker room integration
• Automated decisions
• Bots or overlays

GrinderMind does not guarantee profit, ROI, economic improvement or specific poker results. The service helps improve review, process, awareness and study structure, but results depend on the user and many external factors.

• Users are responsible for what they enter
• Do not upload illegal, sensitive or third-party confidential data
• Better inputs create better reports
• Vague inputs may create vague reports

• AI reports may be incomplete, inaccurate or imperfect
• Users must use their own judgment
• Reports are not professional, financial, psychological or gambling advice
• AI does not replace coaching or personal responsibility

• The service may have downtime
• Features may be updated
• No guarantee of uninterrupted availability during Early Access

Accounts may be suspended for abuse, attempts to bypass billing, security violations, misuse, RTA/live decision misuse or illegal use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrinderMind is not liable for poker losses, account restrictions imposed by poker rooms, misuse of the service, indirect damages, lost profits or similar.

These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the service means acceptance of the changes, where permitted by law.
